Workshops

The ability to craft an object from the materials found beneath our feet is truly incredible. The processes involved with making ceramics, such as working on the potters wheel, are often seen as therapeutic and relaxing. Allowing your mind to drift into creativity and ‘switch off’ from work or home life for a small amount of time is beneficial to a positive mental well-being. Ceramics is often used in art therapy and there are many ways in which working with clay can improve your daily life, such as:
-
reduce stress
-
improve focus
-
improve optimism
-
reduce pain from arthritis
-
and improve sociability
The available workshops offer a welcoming space; open to creativity, making bfriends and having fun, and if this also includes health benefits, then this is a bonus!
Below is a list of the workshops I will be offering at my studio in South Fawley, OX129NL 9NL or at other venues listed.
If you would like to book onto a workshop please click on thee link shown or fill in the contact form , detailing which workshop you would like to attend and a date request.
