Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Items can take 3 weeks to make if they are a large or out of stock order. We always aim for a quicker dispatch time and prioritise our website orders. Custom orders or large orders may take longer.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Charlotte Manser Ceramics Ltd not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and will be 0-15kg in the below price brackets. If your order is over the weight allowed then multiple orders will need to be placed.
