It gives me the ability to use a space when I have time, it works well as I can work on the weekend. Lovely space, great tools and glazes and wonderful people. What else could I want, it is a special place, thank you.

Really enjoyed the throwing experience. Charlotte explained and demonstrated how to throw, and let us get on with things! That said, Charlotte was available if we had questions, got stuck, needed help etc..Rather annoyingly my husband did better than me…. I need to come back and do some more throwing!!

Five stars. No question!
This was my second workshop and I was every bit as hooked as the first time. Charlotte’s guidance strikes exactly the right balance: enough to point you in the right direction but not enough to overwhelm. The session is gloriously hands-on. You spend your time doing, not watching, and you get as many attempts as you like before choosing three pieces to be fired and glazed. Picking them up a few weeks later feels like a little gift to your future self.
But here’s what I didn’t expect: the therapy. The moment your hands hit the clay, your brain has no choice but to focus on only this. Every worry, every distraction, every bit of noise the world throws at you, just gone. In a time when finding mental peace feels harder than ever, two hours at the wheel is genuinely restorative.
Charlotte is warm, friendly and wonderfully relaxed. Exactly the kind of teacher who makes you feel capable even when the clay has other ideas.
Go. Book it. I’m going again!

We had a great time, learned alot and Charlotte was a patient, fun teacher. Would definitely do it again.

Charlotte Manser Ceramics was able to accommodate making this bowl a little wider than their off-the-shelf product. The bowl was shipped overseas and arrived in perfect condition. The person receiving this bowl as a gift loved it.
